Dijets is a platform of heterogeneous blockchains that facilitates the primary communication layer within the Dijets Ecosystem between any two participating nodes/Cacids.
These Blockchains have all been built to serve their individually unique purpose of:
- Value Chain for Value Management
- Utility Chain for Interoperable Utility
- Method Chain for Method Creation & Interactivity
Value Chain
The Value Chain acts as a decentralized platform for creating and trading digital smart assets, a representation of a real-world resource (e.g., equity, bonds) with a set of rules that govern its behavior.
One asset traded on the Value Chain is DJT. When you issue a transaction to a blockchain on Dijets, you pay a fee denominated in DJT.
The Value Chain is an instance of the Dijets Virtual Machine (DVM). The Value Chain API allows clients to create and trade assets and other instances of the DVM.
Utility Chain
The Utility Chain allows for the creation of smart contracts using the Utility Chain’s API.
The Utility Chain is an instance of the Ethereum Virtual Machine powered by Dijets. This means that any asset (ERC20, ERC721 etc) can be bridged to Dijets Network to take advantage of its sub-seecond finality and very low cost.
The Utility Chain allows for the deployment and management of smart contracts using the utility chain’s API. Note that these smart contracts only relate to Ethereum’s smart contracts, developed with Solidity (Ethereum’s programming language) The Utility Chain is fully compatible with Ethereum’s ERC-30 token standard. Users can utilise Dijets Bridge to transfer their ERC-20 tokens to Dijets protocol to enjoy sub-second transaction speeds and extremely low fees.
Dijets Utility Chain is an instance of the Ethereum Virtual Machine powered by Dijets Ternary Chain Ledger System.
Method Chain
The Method Chain is the metadata blockchain on Dijets and coordinates validators, keeps track of active subnets, and enables the creation of new subnets and Method Arcs (Decentralised LLMs).
